Workplace spirituality, employee engagement, and professional commitment: A study of lecturers from Indonesian universities

The attention paid by researchers and practitioners to the relationship between employee engagement spirituality in workplace is limited, as studies of two variables still stand alone. This leads an important increased emphasis on strength that are built organizational culture show awareness workplace. study aimed explore lecturers Indonesia professional commitment a mediator. respondents were 322 from state private universities Indonesia. Validity, reliability, simple regression, path analysis used analyze data. results showed had direct effect engagement, with ? value 0.836, R-square 70%, while mediating 0.162 72.3%. suggest implementation for improve performance their lecturers.
